The following steps are necessary for a successful application of an ensemble:
The registration deadline –
April 16th, 2020
1. Sending required application documents (stated below)
2. Registration fee payment (upon dispatch of the application form)
3. Stay package order form – here (upon dispatch of the application form)
To register for the competition, you should mail the following to The Croatian Choral Directors Association:
- a completed registration form (via e-mail)
- a photograph of the choir and conductor in Hi-Res – at least 300dpi (via e-mail)
- brief CVs for the choir and the conductor in Word format, up to 100 words for each (via email)
- four copies of the scores for the registered compositions/arrangements (via post)
- proof of paid registration fee for participation in the Competition (via post)
- The Organizer’s Artistic Committee reviews and approves the registered programs.

Registration fee
Registation fee is 250 Euros for participation in one or two categories.
