Festa Musicale Agency Czech Republic is a traditional organiser of international choral festivals and other cultural events. Barbora Mikolášiková was born into musical family and she’s been singing in a choir and playing a piano from a young age. Later she picked up solo singing which has led her to the Janáček Academy of Musical Arts in Brno, where she’s studying now for the Master’s degree in Music Production. Singing is now only a hobby for her, and she prefers organising various cultural events. She’s been working with Festival of Songs Olomouc since 2015 and helped to create the cultural programme and production of performances at the Valtice Castle in years 2016 and 2017. Since October 2016 she’s been a member of Festa Musicale team where she’s responsible for the communication with choirs.
Petr Hýl has been singing in choirs since he was 11 years old. Since then he managed to be a part of various high-school and university choirs both in the Czech Republic and abroad. For a short period of time he was singing also in a choir led by Jiří Klimeš. During his university studies he began with event management as a member of various student organisations. Since 2015 he’s been working at Festival of Songs Olomouc, where he’s been through 2 stage manager positions before he joined the Festa Musicale team in December 2016. He is responsible for the technical aspects of the festival. His motivation is to see happy choirs and beautiful festival concerts.
